Barry Madsen
My name is Barry Madsen and I'm a real estate photographer based in San Antonio, TX. I have been a photographer for over 25 years and my work has often been described as authentic, classic and documentary. I've shot everything from weddings, to sporting events, conventions, travel sites, portraits, boudoir and real estate.
I am also a licensed Realtor #599570 and active on the MLS so I can schedule property shoots via ShowingTime allowing you to focus on your business instead of having to meet me at the property for access.

With a background in filmmaking and over two decades of experience behind the camera, Michael Davies brings a cinematic eye to real estate photography and video production. He’s the founder of Captain Films Inc., a boutique visual media company specializing in high-impact property marketing.
Michael blends composition, lighting, and movement to create stunning visuals that help listings stand out—whether it’s a luxury estate, modern condo, or commercial space. His work includes interior and exterior photography, cinematic video tours, drone footage, and lifestyle-driven content that sells not just spaces, but stories.
In addition to working with top real estate agents and developers, Michael has produced content for national TV series like The Property Brothers (HGTV) and Designing Spaces (Lifetime), bringing broadcast-level polish to every project.
